<p>He draws on critical trans, queer, and disability studies, as well as disability and transformative justice frameworks, to conduct person- and community-centered health equity research. His research focuses on the impact of stigma and discrimination on healthcare access and policy, with a particular focus on community-engaged research and the translation of knowledge gained from lived experience into evidence-based practice and policy.
